The Halls

Le Foyer

Le Foyer is the main entrance of Royal on Xanthis Xenierou Street. Apart from the main entrance Le foyer can serve as an area where patrons can get together and have a relaxing wait between shows, to celebrate a successful performance with a small cocktail reception, or even as an exhibition space.

Carrafa Reception Hall

Adjacent to Le Foyer, the ‘Carrafa Reception Hall’ is the new hall which was created to serve the greeting and cocktail reception of wedding events. The hall has buffet facilities and movable bar.

Grand Hall Costanza

Onwards from le foyer, on the ground level Grand Hall Costanza is the old stone build theatre and cinema main hall where most of the original features have been kept intact to accentuate Royals’ former grandeur. The original metallic roof, the wooden stage floor, the theatre balcony standing on round pillars and the porous stone walls offer a unique ambience for hosting any grand event.

Open Air: the most striking feature of the Grand Hall is without question the sliding roof that opens and blankets your event with the dazzling starry wallpaper of Nicosia’s nights. The original metallic structure of the roof has been left intact and is clearly visible giving the Grand Hall a more contemporary industrial look.

Theatre balcony: surrounded by glass railing, the theatre balcony standing on its original round pillars, offers exclusive private theatre and cinema views. The balcony can be separated into individual private boxes if required.

The floor plans below are indicative. The configuration of the hall can be arranged in accordance with the specific requirements of each individual event and the capacity of the hall can change accordingly and depends on the shape & style of furniture required for each individual configuration.

BarBaro Bastione

The new built version of the venue features a roof terrace bar that can accommodate up to 150 guests two levels above Le Foyer and has been built to cater particularly for small scale in-house events. If you fancy outdoor chilling before your event then why not combine the terrace bar with the Grand Hall.
Barbaro can also serve as a lounge bar for any event held in the Grand Hall and requires sitting re-arrangment on the same date, as for example between a wedding reception and wedding dinner following on the same day.

Gallery D’ Avila

Adjacent to Grand Hall Costanza, Gallery D’ Avila can be used independently for private small scale parties or as a cocktail reception area prior to the main dinner of an event in the Grand Hall or where the participants of a conference or seminar can have a coffee break midway. A fixed bar is available. All audiovisual equipment required for any corporate event is available and included in the price quotation.

Gallery Loredano

Adjacent to the theatre balcony, Gallery Loredano is a multifunction area with audiovisual equipment available for corporate events. A hall which can be used independently for private small scale parties or as a cocktail reception area prior to the main dinner of an event in the Grand Hall and the theatre balcony or where the participants of a conference or seminar can have a coffee break midway.

This hall is really useful for events held in the Grand Hall and the theatre balcony as it can serve as buffet facility for the balcony level. This way your guests can enjoy a drink or food while enjoying a private viewing. A movable bar is available. All audiovisual equipment required for any corporate event is available and included in the price quotation.
