Annamaria Vassiliades joined Christodoulos G. Vassiliades & Co LLC in September 2015. She is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and Managing Associate lawyer in the Corporate Department of the firm. Annamaria’s expertise includes corporate and commercial, specialising in UK, Cyprus and Offshore company formations, shareholder agreements and non-disclosure agreements and has advised entrepreneurs and businesses mainly from the CIS region, particularly Russia and Ukraine. She has also assisted in a number of significant corporate transactions and corporate restructurings both in the UK and in CIS countries.

Annamaria has an LLB Law degree from the University of Buckingham, an LLM from University College London and an LPC Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Law (London Moorgate) where she studied her Legal Practice Course.

Languages: Greek (mother-tongue), English, French has basic knowledge of Spanish and is currently learning Russian.
