Eleni is the People Learning Experience Lead in PwC’s Academy.

She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Institute of Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC). She began her career in PwC Cyprus in the Audit & Assurance department for 6 years, before changing paths and joining the Academy due to her passion for learning and sharing knowledge.

Eleni has extensive experience in Learning & Development and her areas of expertise include the design, planning, organisation and delivery of training programs as well as learning strategy, training needs analysis and consultation, curriculum design, evaluation analysis,  learning technologies and instructional design.

As an approved trainer by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA), she is an enthusiastic trainer delivering business skills seminars such as “Train the Trainer” and “Presenting with impact”. She also delivers seminars for personal and professional development such as “Developing your Emotional Intelligence”, “Coaching and Feedback”,  “Building trusted relationships” and “Developing your personal identity and brand”.

Making a positive impact and supporting others to grow, gives Eleni purpose. For this reason she is also an Accredited Coach and Mentor under the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), mainly involved in executive and career coaching.
