Elie Wakil, is an experienced trainer and HR consultant with over 30 years of service. In collaboration with the KEBE since 2008, he has directed and presented vital programs approved by the HRD (Human Resource Development Authority) on Employee Engagement and Talent Management in Cypriot companies and organizations, as well as on the Strategy of these companies in relation to their customers.

Elie assists with the delivery of trainings related to Stress Management and Interpersonal Relations as well as Communication and Leadership at KESEA. He worked for the Swiss Pharmaceutical Company, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. as Director of Personnel Training from 1986 to 2004 and supervised several branches of this company in different countries around the world. During his long career, Mr. Wakil has attended and is still attending seminars at specialized schools abroad such as London Business School and Ashridge in the United Kingdom, INSEAD in France and MCE Management Center in Belgium.

In 2005 he founded in Nicosia the company E. W. Human Development Ltd. which specializes in the development and advancement of the Human Resources of an organization/company in the various areas related to the work environment. Mr. Wakil is also an accredited lecturer at St. Joseph University in Lebanon for postgraduate students (Master Curriculum) in the Schools of Science and Pharmacy.
