Communication, Sales, Interpersonal Skills, Professionalism and  Commercial Awareness; are definitely my strong points; which definitely go hand in hand with my Customer Service skills leading as a result, to guaranteed excellent Sales. 

Since 2003, I have been building the fundamentals of excellent customer service techniques with the motive of target achievement.  For over 10 years, I have successfully Recruited, Trained and Coached teams of up to 120 people plus, for the Fashion Retail industry, in order to deliver the expected but also the above and beyond desired results by implementing and monitoring all necessary KPI's.

I have worked in the Travel Industry, in Fashion Retail and Real Estate in the roles of Team manager, Brand Manager, Area Manager and Business Development Manager; where the main priorities are people and product management alongside customer service and obtaining sales targets. 

I have managed international projects such as MANGO Barcelona, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, and Tom Carter Watch with great success; and love to Coach and Mentor my teams in achieving the same and similar results. In 2012 I was awarded the title “Top 5 Brand Managers Globally” by the company Calzedonia S.P.A Italy; where my team and I had achieved an impressive 157% in sales growth for a specific items category.

In addition, I am flexible and easy to adapt to ever changing social conditions and demands. I have lived in the UK, Italy and I have also been based in South East Asia for months developing ties for the Cypriot Market in regards to Real Estate investments. I now currently live in Cyprus and I manage my own company; Happy Hosting Ltd. which is a 360 short term property management company focusing on all property aspects including renovations in order to make short term rentals profitable.

My latest achievement is obtaining the Train the Trainer EEK5 qualification, and the qualification for E-learning trainer both from ANAD. In doing so I aim to increase my competitive advantage in regards to training seminars and coaching which is a passion of mine; as there is no greater joy in helping others achieve their goals.
