With close to 15 years of experience in high-value business structuring, project development and transactional work, Kyriacos is a versatile legal professional with a broad and deep understanding of various industries and sectors. His clientele includes affluent individuals and family offices, startups, SMEs and multinational corporations.

Prior to founding his firm, Kyriacos trained at a leading Litigation practice and held positions in the Corporate, Commercial and Energy departments of top-tier and Big 4 law firms. His extensive legal and operational expertise enable him to serve in executive roles in startups and multinational groups.

He is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, the Cyprus Bar Association and the Limassol Bar Association, and the Energy & Environment Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Some of his representative matters include advising in high-end real estate transactions, providing strategic legal counsel to startups and joint ventures as well as in multi-million domestic and cross-border transactions.

Kyriacos has also published widely in leading journals on the areas of Corporate Governance, Financial Regulation, Energy and Environment.
