Martha graduated from the University of Warwick in 1999 obtaining a First Class BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance. She trained with one of the BIG4 in London where she qualified as a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor, becoming a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2001 and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2002.
Martha joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cyprus in May 2003. She was admitted to the partnership in January 2021, as a partner in indirect taxes with specialisation in VAT and Customs matters.
Martha’s work focuses on a variety of indirect tax issues ranging from compliance to advisory and structuring services for a number of clients across industries, both local and international while she also designs and delivers together with her team a number of indirect tax related seminars. Martha is also an accredited HRDA tutor.
