Panicos Charalambous graduated from the University of Essex in 2003, with a BSc in Accounting and Finance. In 2004, he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Cyprus in 2007.
He joined Yiallourides & Partners Ltd in 2008, when he undertook the role of audit manager.
Mr Charalambous was made the director of Yiallourides & Partners Ltd. in 2011, when he was also made a member of the Board. Yiallourides & Partners Ltd. is an audit firm regulated by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. The firm is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Under the leadership of Mr Charalambous, Yiallourides & Partners Ltd offers numerous services, such as:

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in organising and leading the audits of large local and multinational entities in several sectors, including listed entities, CYSEC licensed entities, online gaming and advertising, software development entities, investment holding, shipping, and Group Financing and Trading entities.
He, along with the Managing Partner of the firm, achieved growth from a small audit firm of 10 people to probably the largest independent audit firm in Cyprus, with 40 employees.

Today, the firm advises clients on various audit and tax aspects of their business, with the aim of compliance with regulations, and also optimises figures through various business structures. He is an experienced team leader, with the ability to coach and mentor team members to create a solid and thriving team. He credits his commitment to high quality as the key to customer satisfaction.
