Part-time University Lecturer in Law, leading courses in Banking, Finance and Financial Regulation and HRDA-certified trainer. President of the Board of the Association of International Tax Consultants (AITC) based in Switzerland.
Main practice areas include corporate law, international finance, corporate restructurings and corporate governance as well as real estate and personal data/privacy matters.
