EIMF Certificate in Leadership and Management in 28 Hours
05 Οκτωβρίου 2022
The current business realities of our digital era are continually reshaping the rules for business success and making greater demands on today’s leaders and managers, who are now more challenged than ever before. The certificate consists of the following schedule.
1. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the Leadership Mindset (2 sessions of 3.5 hrs)
Emotional Intelligence (EQ), an essential management requirement of our era, encompasses a set of competencies which allow managers to develop the leadership mind-set and the competencies they need to be successful by enabling them to understand and manage emotions and impulses in themselves and others, to communicate effectively, problem solve and build rapport even in stressful and tense situations.
2. EQ and Enhancing Communication and Collaboration (2 sessions of 3.5 hrs)
Effective communication is an essential skill area for managers of all levels, and especially those who are responsible for leading organisations and teams. It is through effective communication that managers cascade new information to the members of their organisation and their teams, help others to develop, provide them with targeted and actionable feedback regarding their performance, develop trust and team spirit to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, ensure goals are understood and that tasks are completed effectively in line with the strategy and requirements of the organisation.

3. “Manager Coach” Embodying Coaching in Leadership (2 sessions of 3.5 hrs)
Coaching leadership has shown to promote improvements in productivity, heighten decision making and enhance collaborations. This area of the programme will offer participants the opportunity to develop coaching as a leadership style and thus achieve meaningful results in understanding, motivating, and helping both themselves and others to grow, develop and succeed.
4. Managing Performance Achieving your Goals (2 sessions of 3.5 hrs)
Organisations usually have great strategies and attractive goals but very often they fail to effectively execute them. Therefore, eventually they remain stationary, or even find themselves in a worse position, given that competition evolves but they do not, and therefore lose their edge. So, the hard challenge that leaders and managers face is often how to ensure others effectively execute what is required, and at the desired level of excellence that is needed.
