The Trainer

Marilena Siakalli Maroudia, a Senior Learning & Coaching Consultant at PwC’s Academy Cyprus for over 13 years, will lead this masterclass. Marilena is the founder of M-Brace Ltd, offering training, coaching, and coaching supervision services. She holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Public Certified Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Marilena is an experienced trainer, approved by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (Cy-HRDA), specializing in Business Skills, Financial Accounting, and Reporting. Additionally, she is an Accredited Coach and Mentor under the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at the Senior Practitioner level, focusing primarily on leadership and skills coaching. Currently, she serves as a coach at PwC and a nominated mentor on ICPAC’s Mentors program.
