As the COVID-19 outbreak spreads rapidly across the world, organisations have to adapt their crisis management plans in order to reduce and minimize the impact to their operations, staff, customers and of course financials. Any emergency situation triggers a response that is based on best practices due to previous experience, predefined procedures, training and exercises. The unpredictability of a pandemic virus like COVID-19, the lack of relevant prior experience and the additional regulatory requirements that are announced almost daily, result to a very complicated crisis management situation.
This workshop combines presentations as well as individual and team activities designed to establish a practical understanding of the elements of an effective crisis management during pandemic health situations.
