The programme focuses on the development of a state of the art supply chain and logistics execution process that will have as an end result an optimization of the business benefits through strategic decisions on the whole chain that will minimize costs, optimize the financial impact of holding inventory as well as the planning to fine tune inventory holding.
Through Key performance indicators that are set and monitored all processes are being optimized from demand, production, distribution, requrements and planning to warehousing, transportation, sourcing and customer service. The end result is of course increased business results in terms of time/productivity, financials and customer satisfaction.

Kostas Theofanides

Giorgos Likas
George is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of Thessaloniki and a certified IPMA project manager.
George has undertaken the following roles:

- Production-Inventories-Maintenance Engineer, ALUMIL
- Automations and Maintenance Engineer, SIDENOR During his career he managed fleets of 400 fuel trucks, Order to
Delivery processes, Terminal operations, operators, drivers and supporting personnel, production lines, etc. For more than 15 years now, he is an instructor in topics such as work safety, road safety, transportation optimization, transport economics, procurement management, risk management, change management, negotiations etc.
Eleni-Maria Papadopoulou
Eleni-Maria’s studies include an MBA-TQM from the Department of Business Administration, University of Piraeus, GR and a BSc in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus, GR. She holds a PhD in Logistics and Supply Chain from the University of Macedonia, GR.
Since 2008, her teaching experience includes courses such as “Total Quality Management”, “Supply Chain Management”, “Warehousing”, “Management of Shipping Operations” and “Total Quality Management” at the following institutions: CITY College, Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, the Technological Educational Institute of Kavala, Mediterranean College, Projectyou ltd etc.
Besides her academic experience, Dr Papadopoulou has been working in the field of Shipping and Logistics since 2005, either occupied in various logistics corporations or as a freelancer undertaking the management and execution of projects on supply chain.
Dionissis Grigoropoulos
Dionissis is the Founder and Managing Director of Logistics Way, providing Logistics software, services and consultancy projects in Greece and abroad. He is the Chairman of the Greek Cold Storage & Logistics Association and a former member of the BoD of the Hellenic Logistics Association (EEL). He is also a founding member and a former Board member of ITS HELLAS.
He holds an MBA from the University of Bath, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hertfordshire and a Diploma in Computer Science. He has 20 years of experience in managing supply chains, information technology and sales. Former project manager of the large-scale project of installation and implementation of telematics systems in vehicles for the Olympic Games 2004 in Athens. His work experience includes companies such as Procter & Gamble Hellas, SCA MOLNYCKE SA, ELGEKA, G4S (Wackenhut Telematics SA), Delatolas SA, CTS S.A. (Customized Transport Services), TREDIT S.A. - INFOTRIP S.A.
Since 2015 he is an instructor in supply chain executive seminars.
