•Plan Legal English drafting techniques 

•Standard structure of commercial contracts 

•Using indemnities, warranties and guarantees to structure contractual risk 

•Liquidated damages – when to use and drafting 

•Use of boilerplate clauses 

•Conditions precedent and levels of obligations 

•NDA’s 

•Drafting termination clauses 

Admission Requirements:

•Students must have completed the Level 3 Certificate in Paralegal Practice OR 

•Studied Contract law previously OR 

•Be a qualified Advocate with less than 3 years practical experience.  OR 

•Have proven experience with contract law
