Asset management is the combination of processes and data required to manage, monitor and maintain an organization’s Assets lifecycle from procurement to disposal. Digital transformation is about transforming your business processes to be aligned or take advantage of the digital technologies of today by providing a more effective and efficient management of Assets and Facilities. Based on the ISO55000 Asset Management standard, this course bridges standards with Facilities Management digital related technologies. It will train delegates on how to establish an Asset Management System, covering the whole lifecycle of Assets, minimizing costs, increasing quality and productivity using digital technologies. The course has a practical approach with best practices providing delegates with knowledge transfer and a methodology to implement the knowledge gained to their work environment.
