The purpose of the programme is to ensure that the managerial staff is adequately trained in order to be in a position to identify finance issues and matters in relation to financial statements and budgets. It will enhance the management team’s knowledge and capabilities to assess the profitability and liquidity of various company projects.

ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ

The aim of the seminar is for the management team of a company, without any relevant accounting background to be in a position to understand the figures that appear in a set of Financial Statements and interpret the performance of their company / the performance of their project and the performance of their departments.

• Difference between Gross profit and Net profit and their importance
• Accounting entries for all major transactions
• Presentation, Calculation, analysis and interpretation of Profitability, Liquidity and Performance Ratios. 
• The Preparation And Control Of Simple Budgets For their departments and / or projects
• The importance of the bank reconciliation statement and its’ use. Practical example.
• Practical examples relating to accounting entries.
• Queries on any practical issues.
