The European Commission presented the Digital Finance Package in September 2020. The Digital Finance Strategy sets out general lines on how Europe can support the digital transformation of finance in the coming years. New financial technologies can facilitate access to financial services and improve the efficiency of the financial system. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Digital Finance Package requires advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies and as a result, create needs for additional training.
