Elena Maniatopoulou Hadjipanayi is the Managing Director of ForwardMindsets that provides HR Consulting, Training & Coaching solutions. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in various industries, such as financial services, shipping, consulting and human resources management, and she stays in touch with the latest research and business trends. She holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, Birkbeck and is a PhD candidate at the University of Cyprus, Department of Management and Public Administration. She is an accredited user of psychometric tools by the British Psychological Society, a certified Sound Labor Relations Officer and a certified Vocational Training Instructor. She is also an accredited Senior Coach, Mentor and Team Coach by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), as well as Vice-President of EMCC Cyprus, a Board Member of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Cyprus, and the Vice-President of Pericles Foundation.
