The majority of auditors have  had to change their plans and reprioritize audit activities during the  pandemic in order to optimize effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. 

In a dynamic environment of increased pressure levels and challenges,  culture is constantly evolving and takes on a greater significance for  organizations. Given this importance, audit has a critical role in  understanding and assessing the impact employees have on processes,  risks and controls in an organization.
