ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Today’s economy seems to have been transformed into a knowledge economy which is founded on innovative ideas by talented professionals. In addition to this, CySEC has regulated crypto-assets in the past few years, while the European Parliament adopted the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation in October 2022. Therefore, it is considered essential that blockchain technology is adopted by businesses which should explore the regulatory landscape in Cyprus and the EU. By implementing blockchain technologies, organisations can be transformed both internally in terms of operations and externally by enhancing customer experiences and interactions. Through these technologies, organisations will be able to create innovative business models and digital services as well as simplify their operations and reduce their costs. This is especially important for the organisations’ viability, especially since experts expect a recession.
Taking into consideration the above, this training is an introduction to Bitcoin and blockchain, their short history, the technology behind them as well as the applications of blockchain technology for the metaverse and the digital economy. Participants will be informed about blockchain systems, customisations, applications, their functions as well as their potential.
