Mary-Olive McCluskey is a practicing advocate in Cyprus, member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2006 and director of MARY – OLIVE MCCLUSKEY LLC, a law firm established in 2018 in Nicosia. Mary – Olive is currently registered with the following registries other than the Advocates’ Registry: Registry of licensed Insolvency Practitioners, Registry of Sworn translators, registry of CySEC certified persons (advanced examination). Mary-Olive is also a trained criminal Investigator and accepts appointments for the investigation of complaints against the police as well as appointments for investigation from other independent Governmental authorities. Lastly, Mary-Olive is an active member of the Shipping and Aviation Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association and as from November 2021 she is providing independent legal services to the Safety Regulation Unit (SRU) of the Cyprus Department of Civil Aviation.
