Annita Petrou has graduated in 2006 from Manchester Business School, holding an MSc degree in Occupational Psychology. Prior, she received an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Manchester University.

For the last eight years, Annita is working at the HR Department of RCB Bank Ltd, handling Selection and Assessment matters, as well as heading the Training and Development (T&D) activities of the Bank. Her career spans over 11 years in the field of Human Recourses Management and T&D. She is moreover a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, a European Certificated in Psychology practitioner and a member of the Health and Care Professions Council as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist. Annita is also an approved trainer and a trainer assessor by HRDA, assessing also training facilities/centers, and has been delivering trainings on soft skills since 2008. Lastly, she is an external trainer for the Cyprus Productivity Centre /Mediterranean Institute of Management and conducts trainings related to the field of Human Recourses and Personal Development.
