With over two decades of experience in education and training, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals and organizations through lifelong learning and innovative educational practices. As the Founder and Director of Klitos Education and Training Services Ltd, I have dedicated my career to bridging gaps in education, promoting social inclusion, and fostering intercultural understanding.

I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor’s degree in Youth and Social Work from the University of Minnesota, where I was honored to study as a Fulbright Scholar. My expertise spans diverse areas, including adult education, vocational training, and intercultural communication. Over the years, I’ve contributed to numerous European projects, served on the board of the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) for five years, and authored books and articles on adult education and social empowerment.

My passion lies in developing educational strategies that address societal challenges, from training educators in innovative methodologies to supporting marginalized communities. Whether through organizing seminars, leading training programs, or building partnerships across Europe, my goal has always been to inspire growth, resilience, and transformation.
