Kypros holds a postgraduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London, a postgraduate master’s degree in International Commercial and Business Law from University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich and a Law Degree from Democritus University of Thrace. He is an insolvency practitioner and lawyer in LLPO Law Firm and mainly focused on acting as insolvency practitioner or legal counsel advising clients on business rescue strategies, restructurings, compromises and arrangements with shareholders and creditors. He is also handling high profile international transactions largely in the areas of Banking & Finance, mergers and acquisitions of corporations, company law and cases of international commercial arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, Kyrenia Bar association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
