ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να δώσει στους συμμετέχοντες μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα αναφορικά με τη διαδικασία της εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης τόσο από μέλη όσο και από πιστωτές εστιάζοντας στις τεχνικές και πρακτικές απαιτήσεις της εν λόγω διαδικασίας σύμφωνα με τον Περί Εταιρειών Νόμο Κεφ. 113. Παράλληλα, ιδιαίτερη έμφαση θα δοθεί στην επαγγελματική ευθύνη των συμβούλων αφερεγγυότητας που διορίζονται ως εκκαθαριστές τους και τρόπους κατοχύρωσης απέναντι στα ρίσκα και κινδύνους που ενδέχεται να προκύψουν στη πορεία της διαδικασίας εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης με αναφορές στον Περί Συμβούλων Αφερεγγυότητας Νόμο του 2015 (64(Ι)/2015 και τον Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας Συμβούλων Αφερεγγυότητας.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Στο τέλος του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θα έχουν:
- Αποκτήσουν μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα σε σχέση με τη διαδικασία εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης
- Εφοδιαστούν με τις επαρκείς ικανότητες προκειμένου να ενεργήσουν ως εκκαθαριστές ή σύμβουλοι στα πλαίσια διαδικασίας εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης.
- Αποκτήσουν γνώση σε σχέση με θέματα που προκύπτουν κατά τη διαδικασία εκκαθάρισης και άπτονται της επαγγελματικής ευθύνης των συμβούλων αφερεγγυότητας.

Τεχνική Κατάρτισης
Το πρόγραμμα είναι σχεδιασμένο προκειμένου να προσφέρει μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα σε σχέση με τη διαδικασία της εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση θα δοθεί σε πρακτικά παραδείγματα εκούσιων εκκαθαρίσεων από το στάδιο διορισμού του εκκαθαριστή μέχρι και το στάδιο τελικής αποπεράτωσης της εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης με ιδιαίτερες αναφορές σε πρακτικές προκλήσεις και τεχνικές δυσκολίες τις οποίες ενδέχεται να κληθεί να χειριστεί ο εκκαθαριστής κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας της εκούσιας εκκαθάρισης. Η διδασκαλία του προγράμματος θα γίνεται μέσω παρουσίασης και παράλληλα θα είναι δια δραστική όπου οι συμμετέχοντες θα ενθαρρύνονται να συμμετέχουν ενεργά μέσω ερωτήσεων και συζήτησης σε σχέση με τα πρακτικά παραδείγματα που θα παρουσιαστούν.
Αναγνώριση Ωρών Συνεχιζόμενης Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης (ΣΕΕ)
Το πρόγραμμα μπορεί να αναγνωριστεί για έως και 7 ώρες ΣΕΕ στη Νομική Θεματολογία. Τα κριτήρια αναγνώρισης και οι ώρες ΣΕΕ, πιστοποιούνται απευθείας από τον Επόπτη, Επαγγελματικό Σύνδεσμο ή άλλους συνδέσμους που διατηρείτε συμμετοχή μέλους.
