After successfully completing my BSc of Biology, MSc in Food Quality & Innovation and CYC Lead Auditor ISO 22000 certification, I took the opportunity to start my career as Plant Manager at Cyprus Jordan Dairies factory in Jordan. My knowledge and skills allowed me to adapt and take control of the business in a very short time. The directors recognized my value and gained their trust. During this time, I managed to skyrocket the profits, developed internal systems such as Quality Control and FSM System. Good Communication at all levels; learning fast, organization, meeting deadlines and working under high pressure are few of the skills that have been constantly improved. 

Currently working with Crown Cert LTD for local food safety and quality audits as Lead Auditor for ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and NSF International carrying out Retail Audits to worldwide franchises in Cyprus and Greece.
