The need for this seminar arises since participants are delivering presentations (both internal and external) in a hybrid environment, which is the new norm after the pandemic. The seminar will help participants enhance their presentation and facilitation skills, so as to deliver presentations even more effectively in a hybrid environment.

More specifically, the seminar will help participants:

• Identify key qualities of effective presenters
• Identify what makes a compelling presentation
• Practice their presentation skills
• Build confidence, credibility and trust
• Facilitate discussion and manage participants’ behaviour
• Effectively use verbal skills, non-verbal skills and visual aids
• Structure their presentations
