Influencing with Impact and Authority supports professionals to enhance their influence and impact in the workplace by exploring different influencing approaches and identifying the principles of communication with authority and impact. The program helps people to denying their natural influencing approach and at the same time develop alternative approaches to suit different situations. 

The program uses a variety of experiential learning methods, such as pre-course reading, different models and frameworks and group exercises to stimulate new thinking and fresh perspectives.
