ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

As Training is an essential part of any business, café business and ownership is no exception. There’s more to becoming a good barista than stepping behind a bar and learning by watching. A formal barista training program can ensure that all your staff members are capable and confident.The basic program includes Barista Skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Sensory Skills, and Roasting modules. It also includes equipment hygiene and maintenance, as well as taking orders and serving coffee directly to guests.

It can be delivered as an In-house program. Consult with our Expert Instructor to design an effective barista training program, tailored to the needs of your own business.

Panayiotis Lenos, a knowledgeable and confident individual,  has a Higher  National Diploma in Hotel Management at the University of the Orange Free State (South Africa) and Introduction to hospitality Today with American Hotel & Motel Association (AH&LEI)  possessing several professional qualifications in Hospitality and people management, with 23 years of F&B experience including strategic managerial roles, focusing on creating and implementing various operational processes and strategies. Over the past 5 years, his passion for Hotels led him to undertake Management roles in Family, Adults Only & Boutique Hotels.

Panayiotis has also received awards such as the” Inspirational Leadership Achievement Award” for a leading group of franchise restaurants & cafés as well as international recognition for “ adhering to quality brand standards”. He has received training in various countries such as UK, Greece & Holland. Having owned his own business for 12 years, he has also managed to open and setup restaurants and Hotels throughout Cyprus.

Having worked across several high-profile settings on 2 continents (Cyprus & South Africa), an accustomed individual in combining experience and knowledge whilst boasting a true passion for service excellence, is now a trainer of the Cyprus Hospitality Educational Institute (CHEI).
