Trainer: Chara Andreou

Chara Andreou is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in all areas of human resources management. 

She has worked in various industries including but not limited to technology, manufacturing, facilities management as well as investment management, and has led HR teams throughout her career.

Chara has extensive expertise with people matters and has managed challenging projects such as a hiring campaign for a start-up company, a transfer of undertakings project, and a collective redundancy project, with great success. She has a sound and meaningful practical insight to share, which will help managers and HR professionals understand their people better, for an overall win-win state of affairs.

Chara has a BSc in Public and Business Administration and an MA in Human Resource Management, and in addition, she is a Certified Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), has a certification in projects in controlled environments (Prince2) and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
