ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Μετά την είσοδο της Κύπρου στην Ευρωπαϊκή ένωση υπήρχε η ανάγκη εναρμόνισης και εξυγχρονισμού της νομοθεσίας αναφορικά με τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα. Στην Κύπρο είναι ένας τομέας που τώρα εξελίσσετε καθ’ ότι στο παρελθόν αν και υπήρχε η ανάγκη για κατοχύρωση των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων δεν υπήρχε η γνώση για του κινδύνους που ελλοχεύουν, σήμερα όμως με την εξέλιξη των δικτύων εντός και εκτός Ευρώπης και στα πλαίσια της παγκοσμιοποίησης τέτοια δικαιώματα θα πρέπει να κατοχυρώνονται και να προστατεύονται.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Στόχος του σεμιναρίου είναι οι συμμετέχοντες να αντιληφθούν το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο το οποίο διέπει την προστασία ουσιαστικά των Πνευματικών Δικαιωμάτων αλλά και να μπορούν οι συμμετέχοντες στην πράξη να εφαρμόσουν την νομοθεσία σε διάφορα ζητήματα κάτω από το τίτλο Πνευματικά Δικαιώματα.

Training Style
Το πρόγραμμα θα βοηθήσει τους καταρτιζόμενους να κατανοήσουν την νομοθεσία γύρω από το ζήτημα και να μπορούν να την εφαρμόσουν στην πράξη. Μέσα από πρακτικά παραδείγματα θα κατανοήσουν την εφαρμογή της νομοθεσίας και την ανάγκη για την διασφάλιση των δικαιωμάτων διανοητικής ιδιοκτησίας.
Αναγνώριση Ωρών Συνεχιζόμενης Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης (ΣΕΕ)
Το πρόγραμμα μπορεί να αναγνωριστεί για έως και 6 ώρες ΣΕΕ στη Νομική Θεματολογία. Τα κριτήρια αναγνώρισης και οι ώρες ΣΕΕ, πιστοποιούνται απευθείας από τον Επόπτη, Επαγγελματικό Σύνδεσμο ή άλλους συνδέσμους που διατηρείτε συμμετοχή μέλους.
Το πρόγραμμα έχει εγκριθεί για εώς και 6 ώρες ΣΕΕ από τον Παγκύπριο Δικηγορικό Σύλλογο.

Μαρίνα Σιαμμούτη - Lawyer & Managing Director at Marina A. Shiammouti LLC
Marina Shiammouti is a Lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She currently works as a Lawyer and Managing Director of Marina A. Shiammouti LLC and at the same time she is a Compliance Officer and one of the Directors of Prudens Group Ltd since 2016. Her work experience includes the provision of legal services in the areas of Banking and Finance, compliance with the financial regulatory framework, and general litigation services offered to a mixture of small/medium and larger clients and dealt with their cases regarding loans, bonds, real estate/property issues and of course collections. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a Master’s Degree in International Business Law (LLM). She believes that you “always have to stand for the right thing even if you are standing alone”
