Kinanis Academy: Immovable Property Transactions in Cyprus. A Legal and Practical Analysis

Kinanis Academy is currently offering a training program to specifically provide its participants the required knowledge and expertise to identify any potential complications in immovable property transactions and be in a position to draft and examine all required supporting documentation as accurately and precisely as possible to best safeguard their clients’ interests.

This program is specifically designed for lawyers, business consultants, internal legal advisors, bankers, immigration advisors, real estate agents and all professional advisors who advise their clients, whether local or international, in relation to acquisition or sale of immovable property in Cyprus and the actual implementation of such immovable property transactions.
Course Instructor is Natalie Petrides
Natalie Petrides is a partner at Kinanis LLC. She holds a Masters in Commercial Law (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). In 1998 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. She commenced her traineeship at a local law firm and in 2000 she joined Kinanis LLC as a corporate lawyer where she gained extensive experience in corporate legal work such as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, resolving disputes, acting for a broad range of commercial clients, investors and financial institutions in local and international transactions.
