ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Project Managers must manage their project’s finances transparently as the company’s assets are at stake. It is their responsibility to ensure sound financial management and forecasting of project outcomes over the life of the project. This enables the project team to meet the business case objectives laid out in the Project Charter.
This course will help participants sequentially plan and manage the finances of their project or program. This experiential course is delivered with a perfect balance of theoretical learning and hands-on practice and enables participants to develop the expertise to maintain project profitability and performance.
Starting from how to build a business case, participants will go on to learn about cost estimating, risk contingency, expected monetary value, and overall project management using Earned Value Management.
